The Heart of A High Priest

As a Gardnerian High Priest, I have the honor of teaching, guiding, and witnessing my students’ spiritual evolution. This role isn’t simply about passing on the sacred knowledge and rites of our tradition; it’s about creating bonds that go far beyond a typical teacher-student relationship. My students—each of them vibrant and wise beyond their years—have chosen me as their guide, and in doing so, they have blessed my life in ways words struggle to capture. They’ve taught me as much, if not more, than I could ever teach them.

When my students step onto this path, they do so with intention, devotion, and a willingness to trust the Goddess and God, to believe in both the seen and the unseen. They’re eager to learn, to challenge themselves, to go deep within, and to uncover the mysteries. And while they come to me to learn the wisdom of the Wica, I am constantly learning from them. They show me new perspectives, challenge my assumptions, and keep me humble. Their insights, their questions, and their journeys make me strive to be a better teacher, leader, and Priest.

My goal has always been to help my students become smarter and better than me, to pass on the tradition in a way that honors the Gods and respects the line of teachers before me. I hope that through my teaching, they learn to trust in themselves and in the divine, and to carry forward this tradition with wisdom and discernment. They are the future of the Craft, and I am honored to play a small part in their journey.

I am grateful for the love and trust that flows between us—a perfect love and perfect trust that is essential in this work. This relationship, built on mutual respect and shared dedication, is not only the foundation of our Coven but the cornerstone of our spiritual family. In a world where connection can feel fleeting, my Coven is a chosen family that supports one another in ways I can’t always articulate. Through life’s challenges, celebrations, and everyday moments, we lean on each other, holding space for one another in the most profound way.

The dynamics of a Coven take chosen family to the next level. It’s an intimate and profound relationship that grows deeper with every ritual, every shared experience, and every heartfelt conversation. My Coven isn’t just a group of people who gather to practice; they are the best people I could imagine. They bring out the best in me and in each other, inspiring me to continue evolving and serving. They make life just a little easier by being there, by believing in each other, and by embodying the very essence of what it means to be in community.

In teaching, guiding, and walking beside these remarkable souls, I am constantly reminded of how blessed I am. I’m filled with excitement to see where the Gods will take us, knowing that as we journey together, we are in the hands of the divine. As a leader and a Priest, I hold immense gratitude for the people who have entrusted me with their spiritual growth and who enrich my life beyond measure. I boast, with all sincerity and pride, that I am part of a Coven that truly exemplifies the beauty of perfect love and perfect trust.
